Features
Everything your season needs.
Unfumbled replaces the group text, the snack spreadsheet, the laminated play sheet and the binder of practice plans.
Schedule
Every practice and game, in everyone’s pocket.
Add events once and every family sees them, with a map and directions. When something changes, families get a notification and the event is tagged “Updated.”
- RSVPs with going / can’t go / no reply counts
- Snack sign-ups with a set number of spots
- Final scores and the season record
- Calendar view on iPad
Messages
Announcements, private messages and a coaches chat.
Announcements go to a team, a grade or the whole program, and can include a poll. Families get a button to message the coach who posted. Coaches have their own chat for the team staff, their grade and the program.
- Read counts on announcements
- Emoji reactions instead of reply-all
- Unread counters on every tab
- Notification settings for each person
Practice
A practice plan for every day of the week.
Rate how the team did after a game. Unfumbled builds a plan for each practice that week, giving more time to the skills that need it, and keeps track of how many minutes involve real contact.
- Drill library with step-by-step instructions
- Move, lengthen or swap any period
- Contact time per practice
- Shared to-do list for the staff
Game day
Your playbook and lineups on the sideline.
See every play animated, with the ball. Tap a player to follow their route, slow it down to teach it, or design a new play in a few taps. Lineups fill themselves with the best fit and update when someone is out.
- Animated playbook by formation, type and direction
- Play designer that uses your own formations
- Upload a play from a photo of your whiteboard
- Starting lineups for offense and defense
Roster
Know who’s ready to play.
Each player has positions, parent contacts and availability: Active, Questionable or Out, with a note and an expected return date only coaches see. Time 40-yard dashes with the built-in stopwatch and track testing results over the season.
- Availability that flows into lineups
- Stopwatch and test history
- Private coach notes
- Sort by number or name
Programs
Run the whole program from one dashboard.
For leagues and clubs with many teams: a master calendar with every team in its own color, rosters you can rearrange across teams, online registration and an awards process from nominations to printed certificates.
- Master calendar with team filters
- Move players between teams, profile and all
- Online registration and payments
- Nominations, approvals and PDF certificates
